What to expect?
At the end of this engagement, we’ll create a Readiness Assessment Report for you, articulating our key findings and recommendations. The purpose of this report is to provide guidance and support to the key stakeholders responsible for planning, implementing and managing your Copilot for M365 deployment. The report covers three main areas:
- Information Governance explores the potential instances of sensitive information oversharing in your M365 tenant. These may be discovered by users when they begin leveraging the power of Copilot for M365 to summarise information, generate content and generally interact with information in M365. We also provide high level recommendations about your M365 tenant to help you understand how to get your information under control.
- Organisational Change Management provides recommendations on how to facilitate a successful adoption of Copilot for M365 and the organisational change required. We examine the current state of your organisational change management capability and provide high-level recommendations for communication and training to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
- Platform provides high-level recommendations on the licensing model for Copilot for M365. This includes integration options for data sources outside of M365 so you can use a wider set of information to inform Copilot for M365, and enables Copilot for M365 in your environment.
