This page details everything you need to know about logging Microsoft Surface warranty requests, should the need arise for you. If you want to see more general information around Microsoft Surface, please go here.
Please be aware that you may need to provide the following details during the logging process:
If you know the serial number of your device, you can simply use the Surface Support for Business Online Service Center to check its warranty status. If the displayed warranty is incorrect, please escalate with your local Surface Specialist (proof of purchase will be required).
There are currently multiple ways to log a warranty request for your Microsoft Surface device. Please choose the option most relevant for you below.
If you are currently enroled in Intune, please use the Surface Management Portal.
If you are currently a customer of Data#3’s Lifecycle 360, please use the Lifecycle 360 portal.

If your devices are covered by Microsoft Surface Onsite Repair, please use the Microsoft Services Hub. Ensure you write in the warranty log description that you have onsite repair, and a technician will be sent to your desired location.
You can also use the Microsoft Services Hub to submit other warranty requests, outside of Onsite Repair.
If your Surface Hub Steelcase Stand is experiencing a fault, please use the Steelcase Technology Support portal. Steelcase are partnered with Microsoft to produce the Surface Hub stands, and will manage all warranty issues through their own portal.
If you are unsure of your enrolment or none of the above apply, you can still submit warranty requests through the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal.
